Rebecca is a fully qualified HR professional with over 15 years of experience, much of which she has spent helping businesses navigate their people challenges. Having worked as a consultant for most of her career, Rebecca is passionate about providing tailored HR solutions that meet each business’s unique needs while making a real impact. She believes in building strong relationships, working closely with both leadership and employees to create a positive workplace culture. Whether advising on employee relations, compliance, or workforce strategy, Rebecca brings a hands-on, practical approach to everything she does, with the goal of helping businesses thrive.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys family time with her husband and two sons. Her eldest is an avid ice hockey player, and she loves cheering him on, while her youngest has just learned to walk and is already getting onto his skates. When not at the rink, Rebecca enjoys quieter moments reading or playing board games, balancing her busy work life with quality downtime.

Linda brings over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, having held senior management roles across various industries. Her extensive background in HR leadership has given her a deep understanding of employee relations, organisational strategy, and workforce development. Known for her hands-on approach, Linda is dedicated to fostering positive workplace cultures and empowering employees at all levels. She believes that strong relationships are the foundation of effective HR, and she takes the time to understand each business's unique challenges and aspirations.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her beautiful son, helping him grow and discover the world around him. She has recently welcomed a new dog into the family, adding a delightful, albeit hectic, energy to their home.

Samantha has over 15 years of experience in sales, focusing on supporting business growth and development. Her expertise lies in understanding market dynamics and building strong client relationships, enabling her to contribute significantly to the success of the businesses she collaborates with. Passionate about achieving results, Samantha thrives on helping organisations reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband and supporting their business ventures. If you don’t catch her working, you’ll likely find her jetting off with her family to explore new destinations around the world.
